Vic: Motorcyclists escape fines under police escort=2

A police spokeswoman later confirmed that the fines for speeding up to 10 kilometres
over the limit had been withdrawn.

But she said the police would not withdraw fines for "excessive" speeding - more than
10km over the speed limit.
