QLD: Man jailed for animal cruelty
A man who threw a small dog over a balcony in Brisbane has been jailed for four months.
PETER JAMES HEGARTY, of Sunnybank in southern Brisbane, has pleaded guilty in the Holland
Park Magistrates Court to an animal cruelty charge.
